Wholesale replenishment.

A monthly restock rhythm built for physical retail — case-optimized shipments, sell-through tracking, and proactive alerts so you reorder before gaps appear on the shelf.

Your replenishment cycle, week by week.

Every partner follows the same predictable monthly framework. Your account manager adjusts quantities based on sell-through — not arbitrary minimums.

Week 1

Sell-Through Review

Your account manager reviews movement data from the prior month, flags slow movers, and identifies SKUs approaching reorder thresholds. Adjustments are proposed before you place your next order.

Week 2

Order Confirmation

You receive a recommended replenishment list calibrated to case packs and fixture capacity. Confirm, modify, or add seasonal items. Orders lock by mid-month for the upcoming shipment window.

Week 3

Pick, Pack & Clearance

Inventory is allocated from Dynasty Global's network warehouses. Cross-border shipments receive duty classification and compliance labeling before dispatch to your region.

Week 4

Delivery & Receiving

Shipment arrives at your dock with packing slips matched to PO. Your account manager confirms receipt and logs the cycle — setting the baseline for next month's review.

Consistency beats reactive ordering.

Independent retailers often restock reactively — scrambling when shelves go bare or over-ordering when a promotion ends. Dynasty Global's monthly cadence creates a stable rhythm that protects margin and reduces emergency freight costs.

Because we operate our own stores, our replenishment model reflects real shelf realities: lead times, backroom space, seasonal resets, and the case quantities suppliers actually ship.

Replenishment questions.

Can I change my order after confirmation?

Yes, within a 48-hour modification window after order lock. Contact your account manager directly — changes to case quantities, SKU additions, or delivery date adjustments are handled without a ticketing system.

What happens if a SKU isn't selling?

During the Week 1 sell-through review, slow movers are flagged and quantities are reduced or swapped for higher-velocity alternatives in your authorized categories. We don't push inventory that isn't turning on the floor.

Do you support off-cycle emergency orders?

Network partners can request supplemental shipments between monthly cycles for high-demand items or seasonal spikes. Availability depends on warehouse stock and regional logistics — your account manager will confirm feasibility and any incremental freight costs upfront.

Is replenishment available without full network membership?

Replenishment is part of our wholesale partnership. Standalone replenishment without brand sourcing and account support is not offered; the restock cadence works best as part of the full service stack. Apply to partner or contact us for details.
